Each day, patients use their Cardiocom CARESTAR® at home to answer a series of questions about their current symptoms. CARESTAR® uses a "tree branching"; Smart Logic System that is specifically tailored to the patient's individual disease state and comorbidities. CARESTAR®'s Smart Logic System automatically adapts HealthCheck questions based on each answer entered by the patient. Severity scoring identifies the patients most in need of immediate intervention for the case manager.
 
CARESTAR® is a fully customizable and flexible system. CARESTAR® has a complete library of HealthCheck questions for the healthcare professional for telehomecare. In addition, questions can be customized by the healthcare professional to meet the individual patient's needs.
