The HL7 interface between OMNIVISOR and Allscripts Homecare is bi-directional. When a patient is registered in Allscripts Homecare, the patient’s demographic information is automatically sent from Allscripts Homecare and a new patient record is created in OMNIVISOR. Demographic data is also sent across the interface when key demographic fields are changed. Once the patient is being monitored with a Cardiocom Telehealth Device, the patient’s transmitted vital signs and any clinical notes documented in OMNIVISOR are then automatically sent from OMNIVISOR to populate in the Allscripts Homecare System. -
CERNER BEYONDNOW
