In-house, Direct Telemanagement Tools
Cardiocom's OMNIVISOR® patient management hardware and software system and COMMANDER, TELESCALE® or CARESTAR® remote patient monitoring devices your in-house disease management team with interactive tools for objective daily monitoring. With this system, one case manager can telemonitor significantly more members because the software alerts the case manager only to the members who need attention. Cardiocom customers generally experience a daily exception rate of approximately 15%. RESPIRATORY-PLAN™ is a fully outsourced respiratory telemonitoring program focused on high-risk COPD and Asthma members operated by Cardiocom nurse specialists.
