This simple, interactive system uses a standard telephone to ask and receive responses to health related questions, allowing healthcare providers to monitor their patients on a daily basis.  The TeleResponse™ system is also easy-to-use and convenient for patients, who can call into the system at any time. A clear, friendly voice prompts the patient and walks them through their daily health check. Answers are then transmitted to the appropriate healthcare professional, who can then notify the patient if a change in medication or treatment plan is required.

    Cardiocom’s TeleResponse™ has been optimized for patient ease-of-use. A clear, friendly voice prompts patients through their daily health check using simple instructions - it’s as easy to use as picking up the telephone. This innovative voice recognition technology is an especially effective solution for managing low acuity or visually impaired patients with physical disabilities.

  • CONVENIENT

    Patients can call into the TeleResponse™ system at any time, day or night, that’s convenient for them. Or, the system can be programmed to call the patient at a specified time each day. Once connected, the health check is completed in mere minutes, and data is instantly sent to the healthcare provider for analysis and review.

  • VOICE RECOGNITION

    Because TeleResponse™ uses state-of-the-art voice recognition technology, patients can speak their responses directly into the phone. Should patients prefer not to do this, they can also respond to health questions by using the buttons on their telephone.

  • BRANCHING LOGIC

    Intelligent, clinical branching logic targets health status questions that are pertinent to the individual patient. To target a patient’s specific symptoms and education requirements, health messages are generated dynamically based on their response to previous questions. This sophisticated feature allows the healthcare provider to accurately pinpoint the patient’s symptoms and symptom severity and provide necessary assistance.
